About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Make daily outbound calls to potential or existing clients to promote services or gather feedback
2. Follow a predefined script while adapting the tone to suit the audience
3. Use clear and fluent English to ensure the message is understood
4. Maintain a polite, professional, and engaging tone throughout conversations
5. Record client details, queries, and feedback accurately during or after the call
6. Update the CRM system with call notes and follow-up schedules
7. Schedule follow-up calls as required to address pending queries or finalize service agreements
8. Ensure timely reminders for pending leads
9. Answer basic questions about the company, services, or products confidently in English
10. Escalate complex queries to senior team members when needed
11. Work towards achieving daily or weekly call targets as assigned
12. Strive to meet conversion goals through effective communication
13. Share daily updates or insights with the team for improvement
14. Attend training sessions to improve telecalling techniques and English proficiency
15. Prioritize and plan call lists to maximize productivity
16. Ensure punctuality in following up with leads and team activities
17. Take feedback from supervisors to improve English fluency and calling efficiency
18. Practice active listening and articulation to enhance communication skills
