As a Trading Intern at Earnwell, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of finance and trading. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential as you communicate with clients and colleagues. Your knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and financial modeling will be put to the test as you assist in analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting research and analysis on market trends and competitor performance.
2. Prepare presentations and reports using MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint to communicate findings to team members.
3. Collaborate with traders and analysts to develop trading strategies based on financial modeling.
4. Monitor and analyze trading performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
5. Assist in executing trades and managing trading accounts under the supervision of experienced traders.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments to inform trading decisions.
7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in trading.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of on the performance).
