As a Trading Strategist intern at Earnwell, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement trading strategies for our clients. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, conducting financial modeling, and presenting your findings through MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. With your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, you will communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the successful execution of trading strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct research and analysis on market trends to identify potential trading opportunities
2. Develop and implement trading strategies based on your findings
3. Utilize financial modeling to forecast market movements and assess risk
4. Present your analysis and recommendations to senior team members and clients through MS PowerPoint
5. Collaborate with traders and portfolio managers to execute trading strategies effectively
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies to make necessary adjustments
7. Stay updated on industry developments and continuously improve your trading skills through training and mentorship opportunities.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of on the performance).
