5. Duration: 2 Months (Potential for a full-time position based on performance)

7. Stipend: 5000 Lump sum

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and deliver training programs for HR, sales, and marketing interns
2. Conduct training sessions on domain-specific topics and essential professional skills
3. Provide mentorship and support to interns, helping them apply learned concepts effectively
4. Evaluate the progress and performance of interns, providing constructive feedback
5. Collaborate with the learning and development team to enhance training materials and methods
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development

1. Proven experience as a trainer or similar role, preferably in HR, sales, or marketing.
2. Strong understanding of training methodologies and tools.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and provide support in a virtual environment.
