Training & Marketing Coordination (Entry Level) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Training & Client Management:

1. Manage and schedule training sessions for engineering courses like WaterGEMS and other related software.
2. Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
3. Maintain records of students, payments, and course enrollments.
4. Follow up with students for payments, feedback, and future courses.
5. Ensure smooth execution of webinars and training sessions, including sending reminders and managing online platforms.

Marketing & Campaigns:

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses and webinars on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
2. Design and post creative content to engage potential students and increase course enrollments.
3. Run Google Ads and manage SEO to improve online visibility.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Manage and grow email marketing lists.
