Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn, and engage with customers through daily posts.
2. Write content for the website and design it according to industry standards.
3. Create and maintain a database for active B2C customers, responding promptly to their inquiries regarding hotels, flights, packages, and other services.
4. Communicate with customers to understand their trip requirements.
5. Design personalized travel plans based on customer needs to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
6. Represent the brand, Trip Mubarak, with professionalism and courtesy during customer interactions.
7. Convince customers to book their trips with Trip Mubarak by highlighting the value and benefits.
8. Meet weekly and monthly targets by effectively managing tasks and customer interactions.
9. Manage the database of DMC (destination management companies) and B2B agencies, negotiating better rates for services.
10. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve processes.
