UCD - User Cantered Design Researcher Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions
2. Create and analyze user journeys and touchpoints
3. Implement card sorting and affinity mapping exercises
4. Track and analyze KPIs and conversion metrics
5. Design ImplementationDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
6. Create responsive and adaptive design solutions
7. Design intuitive navigation systems and information architecture
8. Optimize UI elements and call-to-action components
9. Implement consistent design systems
10. Experience OptimizationMap customer experiences and user flows
11. Identify and resolve pain points in the user journey
12. Conduct 5-second tests for first impressions
13. Improve microcopy and content accessibility
14. Monitor bounce rates and user engagement metrics
