About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications
2. Collaborate with the development team to translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
3. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and improve the design based on insights
4. Help create design elements like icons, buttons, and typography to ensure a cohesive style
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to create new design solutions
6. Design landing pages and ensure mobile responsiveness

Other requirements

1. A solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices

2. Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

3. Proficiency in HTML and CSS is required for implementing designs

4. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups

5. Strong attention to detail, with a good sense of layout, color, and typography

6. Excellent communication skills for explaining design concepts and collaborating with developers

7. Experience with JavaScript or basic knowledge of ReactJS

8. Familiarity with design systems and mobile-first design

9. Experience with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or similar for handing off designs to developers

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per project).
