UI/UX Design Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead UI/UX design efforts for Travokarma and related projects using Figma, ensuring our app delivers a first-rate user experience
2. Take charge of various design projects, demonstrating adaptability and design expertise across multiple platforms
3. Conduct user research, create personas, and develop journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts independently
4. Manage UX outcomes from ideation through delivery and post-launch evaluation, serving as the project's design lead
5. Stay updated on user feedback and use it to shape and refine future design iterations, maintaining an iterative design process
6. Perform competitive analysis and stay current with the latest UI/UX trends to ensure our design strategy remains innovative
7. Proactively address UX challenges and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user satisfaction across all project interfaces

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience with Figma and other design tools, as evidenced by a robust portfolio
2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead a design project from concept to completion
3. Effective communication skills to articulate design reasoning and adapt to feedback
