About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and conduct user research.
2. Conduct competitor analysis.
3. Visualize design concepts through storyboards, user personas, process flows, and sitemaps.
4. Create graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and aesthetics.
6. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify and resolve UX issues.
7. Maintain consistency with style standards for fonts, colors, and images. Creating a design system could be helpful.
8. Present initial design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback. 9. Reiterate the design process when necessary.
Other requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or in a similar role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
3. Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
4. Familiarity in branding, creating user flows, and formulating information architecture.
5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
