1. Being proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, and having familiarity with prototyping tools
2. Combining creative vision with analytical skills to create functional, user-centered designs
3. Understanding user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
4. Collaborating effectively with developers and other stakeholders through strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
6. Solving design challenges with critical thinking and innovative solutions
