Vendor Coordinator Work From Home Internship

As a vendor coordinator intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the vendor management team in supplying localization resources and adding resources in expanding business areas by language and subject matter expertise.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Placing the best-qualified vendors for each project within the allocated budget and timeline
2. Supporting the vendor management team in sourcing new linguists and coordinating tests for potential candidates
3. Assisting the vendor management team in anticipating and resolving any vendor-related issues
4. Maintaining information such as availability, subject matter expertise, test results, and rate negotiation history in the vendor database
5. Monitoring and recording vendor performance across projects

Requirements:

1. Good English communication skills - verbal, presentation, and written
2. Basic analytical skills and an aptitude for thinking outside the box
3. Ability to manage time and complete tasks within deadlines
4. Hyper-vigilance to internal instructions, training, and directions from seniors
5. Responsiveness to emails and resilience on the job
