About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Vendor onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation and contracts are completed.
2. Relationship management: Support the maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with existing vendors, acting as a liaison between vendors and internal teams.
3. Performance monitoring: Assist in monitoring vendor performance through regular assessments and key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Compliance: Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. Contract management: Help manage vendor contracts, including renewals, negotiations, and amendments.
6. Data management: Maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information, pricing agreements, and performance data.
7. Issue resolution: Assist in resolving any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and professional manner.
