1. Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar.
2. Apply a strong understanding of video editing techniques, including pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
3. Possess knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles, which is a plus.
4. Utilize familiarity with color correction and grading techniques.
5. Maintain excellent attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines.
6. Exhibit creativity and a passion for storytelling through video content.
7. Collaborate effectively in a team environment while also capable of working independently.
8. Display strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
9. Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in film production, multimedia, digital media, or a related field (recent graduates are also welcome).
10. Provide a portfolio showcasing previous video editing work along with your resume.
11. Note: Graduation and post-graduation students are not eligible for this position.
12. Note: Freelancers are not eligible for this position.
