1. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and willingness to learn Adobe Animate
2. Show willingness to learn how to separate vocals from music & effects (M&E) for dubbing
3. Have an understanding of video editing fundamentals (cuts, pacing, transitions)
4. Exhibit a detail-oriented mindset with an eye for storytelling and audience engagement
5. Possess a good command over Hindi & English for accurate captions and content adaptation
6. Be a fresh graduate with a passion for YouTube content & editing
7. Enjoy working with global YouTube content and adapting it for Indian audiences
8. Be willing to handle a high volume of merging short videos and audios
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
