About the work from home job/internship
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editing/creating intern to join our digital agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and trendy reels and short-form videos for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Video creation & editing:
- Create high-quality reels and short videos for social media using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, and animations to enhance visual appeal.
- Implement captions, text overlays, and motion graphics to improve audience engagement.
- Source and integrate licensed music, voice-overs, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
2. Trend research & content ideation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, formats, and viral content on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop new creative concepts for video content.
- Adapt trends to match the brand voice and target audience of different clients.
3. Social media optimization:
- Ensure videos are formatted correctly for various platforms (aspect ratios, resolution, duration).
- Optimize thumbnails, hashtags, and captions to boost reach and engagement. Work on improving video performance based on analytics and audience insights.
4. Collaboration & feedback:
- Work closely with content strategists, graphic designers, and social media managers to align video content with overall marketing goals.
- Take feedback positively and make necessary edits to improve video quality.
- Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines efficiently.
