1. Bachelors degree in film, video production, or related eld (or equivalent experience).

3. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Proficiency in video editing motion design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
