1. Bachelors degree in film, video production, or related eld (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience as a video editor and motion designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling, technical proficiency, and camera handling skills.
3. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Proficiency in video editing motion design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative ideas and feedback.
7. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design.
