About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit video content for YouTube, including trimming footage, adding transitions, color correction, and audio enhancement.
2. Understand video objectives and ensure cohesive storytelling.
3. Optimize video formats, titles, and thumbnails for YouTube search and viewer retention.
4. Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality and appeal.
5. Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, tools, and platform changes to keep content fresh and competitive.
6. Manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.

Other requirements
1. Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of YouTube videos.
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
3. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, audience engagement, and content optimization techniques.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to turn raw footage into compelling and engaging stories.
5. Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and visual composition.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per video).
