About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Editing engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with a focus on early literacy, phonics, grammar, and Hindi content
2. Collaborating with the content strategist to generate creative video ideas that align with Learn2Read's brand and utilizing video editing tools to enhance content quality
3. Adding basic animations, text, and motion graphics to make the videos visually appealing and child-friendly
4. Incorporating music, sound effects, and voiceovers to boost viewer engagement
5. Staying updated on the latest social media video trends and adapting to new challenges to deliver relevant, trend-driven content
6. Working closely with the content strategist and social media manager to develop new video concepts while ensuring brand consistency across platforms
7. Ensuring all videos meet high-quality standards, are child-appropriate, and adhere to social media platform guidelines under quality control
8. Organizing and managing video files efficiently for easy access and team collaboration
9. Adjusting video formats, sizes, and lengths to optimize content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
10. Accepting feedback and making necessary revisions to improve the final product
11. Demonstrating expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, and others to create and edit videos
12. Creating social media posts and designs as needed to support Learn2Read's branding efforts
