1. Knowledge of Hindi writing
2. Strong video editing skills with knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar
3. Ability to create engaging, high-quality long-form and short-form video content
4. Knowledge of YouTube video guidelines for copyright and strike
5. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling
6. Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time
