1. Strong passion for video creation, social media, and storytelling
2. Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
3. Familiarity with filming equipment, lighting, and audio recording
4. Basic understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube content strategies
5. Good communication skills and ability to take creative feedback
6. Knowledge of German education and student life in Germany (bonus but not mandatory)
