About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cut, splice, and synchronize video and audio clips, and apply transitions, titles, sound effects, and color corrections
2. Select and add appropriate music and sound effects to videos
3. Create and implement graphics and special effects in video
4. Maintain high quality and accuracy in all aspects of the video production process
5. Manage, organize, and maintain production files and video libraries
6. Continuously update/edit video content in response to feedback
Note: We are a training institute with videos generated regularly. The requirement is to optimize the video, add intro and outro, and finalize the final video to share on social media channels. our videos are generally shot with Zoom Recordings

Other requirements
1. Proven understanding of video editing
2. Solid experience with at least 1-2 digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects/Final Cut/Cap Cut)
3. Plus a good hands-on knowledge of Canva
4. Demonstrable video editing ability with a good portfolio
5. Creative mind and work efficiently
6. Preferable for hybrid work with one day/week in the office as required for the project (Haralur main road, HSR, Bengaluru)

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (25% of video generated with quality).
Note: If outside Bangalore and selected it will be remote with meetings for discussion and audits for video edits
