About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on conceptualizing new strategies to present our content.
2. Watch podcast videos and edit them according to a given format with custom assets.
3. Create social media reels with the essential parts of each episode.
4. Create promotional videos and ads using recorded or stock footage that communicate brand messaging.
5. Upload all files to their respective platforms.
6. Edit video and audio files for podcasts, reels, and other related brand content.
7. Produce multiple engaging videos daily using advanced AI tools.
8. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with our educational objectives and brand standards.
9. Use advanced video editing techniques, including color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
Skills Required:
1. Must be skilled at using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Audition/Audacity.
2. Command over After Effects if there's a need to customize templates or graphics.
3. Ability to patiently find your way around content-related apps and websites.
4. An ear for music, an eye for graphics, and a mind for all things creative.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per 1000 views).
