Video Editor Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Long-Form Video Editing:
- Edit multi-camera podcast videos, ensuring seamless transitions, high-quality visuals, and professional sound mixing.
- Work with three-camera setups to create engaging, polished long-form content that resonates with viewers.
2. Short-Form Content Creation:
- Create clips and highlight reels from the full-length podcast videos, focusing on key moments that will attract and retain audience interest.
- Produce engaging reels and short-form content specifically tailored for Instagram, optimizing for the platform's unique format and audience behavior.
3. Thumbnail Editing & Creation:
- Design eye-catching and effective thumbnails for YouTube videos that attract clicks and boost CTR (Click-Through Rate).
4. Content Management & Posting:
- Manage the upload of videos to YouTube and Instagram, ensuring they are optimized for each platform.
- Craft compelling titles, descriptions, and tags that enhance discoverability and engagement.
5. SEO & Algorithm Optimization:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach on YouTube and Instagram.
- Stay informed about the latest updates to YouTube and Instagram algorithms, applying insights to improve content performance.
- Analyze key metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate) and AVD (Average View Duration) to refine video content and strategy.
6. Growth Strategy & Audience Engagement:
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities to increase YouTube subscribers and Instagram followers.
