About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking interviews for new job/internship positions
2. Managing the daily calendar of assigned teammates, ensuring all details are handled in a clear and organized manner
3. Monitoring customer-support inboxes and emails, responding to e-commerce customers, Airbnb guests, suppliers, and other business contacts
4. Placing orders with suppliers, monitoring shipment tracking, assisting customers with updates, and responding to disputes on payment gateways
5. Serving as the point person for both internal and external stakeholders
6. Remotely assisting with planning small team meetings and travels, including arranging flights, stays, dining options, and activities
7. Handling customer issues related to products/services promptly
8. Creating, designing, and reviewing documents, letters, certificates, and contracts
9. Managing the founder's personal tasks such as scheduling appointments
10. Managing multiple incoming requests, ensuring they are relayed or handled appropriately, in the appropriate order and manner
11. Learning new software applications and adapting to digital tools like Google Apps, Slack, Notion, WordPress, and Asana
12. Setting up new systems and processes to streamline business and personal functions
13. Solving tasks efficiently with minimal guidance

4. Should have excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

5. Should be able to work independently

6. Should be super proficient in English
