Virtual Assistant Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on freelancing platforms
2. Responding to client messages promptly and professionally
3. Maintaining clear and effective communication channels
4. Engaging with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
5. Documenting and relaying client specifications accurately to the internal team
6. Clarifying any ambiguities to ensure complete understanding of client expectations
7. Taking input from the clients through video calls
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
9. Addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively
10. Ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely updates and feedback
11. Managing profiles and communications on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
12. Monitoring project statuses and deadlines
13. Coordinating with internal teams to align on project deliverables
14. Scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
15. Assisting with email management and other administrative tasks
16. Keeping records of client interactions and transactions
17. Working closely with team members to ensure client needs are met
18. Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improvement

Note:- Internship timing 6 PM to 3 AM(Night Shift)
