Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 18th Sep'24 and 23rd Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. We need interns who have completed their graduation or are doing distance education. Because we need minimum of 6 hours each day for work and classes will interfere with work.
2. Candidate should have access to a quiet place with no disturbances. They should have their own laptop or computer.
3. Candidate needs to be confident in making calls to candidates for recruitment and should be able to explain the job role properly.
4. Candidate should have the discipline to do regular follow-ups, reminder calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication (necessary).
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per recruitment).
1. This internship is a work-from-home/remote opportunity and will provide you with valuable skills and experience that will help jumpstart your career.
2. Working time will be 10 am to 6 pm with lunch and tea breaks.
