About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing
2. Work closely with our development team to implement new features and functionalities using the Elementor page builder
3. Participate in the conversion of comprehensive layout and wireframes into working pages, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
4. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure the seamless integration of web designs and functionalities
5. Engage in the customization and optimization of WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
6. Contribute to the maintenance and updates of existing websites, including troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process for new projects and features
8. Learn and apply SEO principles and web standards to ensure all projects meet current guidelines and best practices

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field

2. Familiarity with WordPress and experience using the Elementor page builder is highly preferred

3. A keen eye for design and detail, with the ability to convert visual design into functional web pages

4. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies

5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a positive and proactive attitude

6. Basic knowledge of code versioning tools and understanding of project management principles

7. Prior experience in web development projects, either through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships, is a plus
