Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan, create, and manage YouTube ad campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
2. Develop compelling video ad creatives in collaboration with the content and design teams.
3. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant and high-converting users.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ad spend and ROI.
5. Perform A/B testing on video creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in YouTube Ads and video marketing.
7. Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources while maximizing returns.
8. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align YouTube ad campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Required skills and experience:

1. Proven experience as a performance marketing specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on YouTube Ads.
2. In-depth knowledge of the YouTube Ads platform, including TrueView, Bumper Ads, and other ad formats.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
