Hello People!
We're looking for a Content Analyst to manage and improve the content strategy for our YouTube channels (English and Hindi).
You'll work directly with me to create videos that inspire and educate millions of people around the world. Your work will help shape the content that resonates with our audience and grows our channel's reach.

Content Development:
1. Research and suggest video ideas (long-form and short-form), including Power BI, Excel, and related topics (Power Automate, Fabric, Office Scripts, etc.).
2. Build Power BI and Excel working files for YouTube videos.
3. Plan and script the videos and ensure timely execution with our video editors.
YouTube Expertise:
1. Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices that drive clicks and engagement.
2. Analyze channel performance and balance audience needs with content that excites me.
3. Manage our YouTube Studio: scheduling uploads, writing descriptions, linking products, adding end screens, and more.
Quality Control:
1. Ensure every video meets high standards for accuracy and production quality.
2. Review content for consistency, relevance, and alignment with our goals.
