2. Develop a content calendar for YouTube videos to ensure consistent uploads
3. Research trending topics and create content that aligns with audience interests and brand goals
4. Create compelling thumbnails and use annotations and end screens to boost viewer engagement
5. Foster a community around the channel by engaging with followers and encouraging feedback
6. Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with the overall brand strategy
7. Experiment with new formats and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging
