About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convert software packages into Docker files
2. Maintain and map the life-cycle of a software component/package using Docker
3. Implement and monitor tools like GitLab and GitHub
4. Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.
5. Implement cluster and broker technologies using Docker
6. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins/Jenkins-X and Argo CD
7. Implement an auto-scaling system for our Kubernetes nodes
8. Install various open-source components and debug issues related to software package installation in Docker/Kubernetes Environments, ELK, Kafka, and Cassandra

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Operations or systems administration experience, particularly on Linux.

2. Passionate about open source technologies and have experience dealing with open source packages.

3. Experience with Docker and/or cloud deployment technologies

4. Experience with container networking on Docker.

5. Must have knowledge in Linux internals, shell/AWK/Sed scripting and Terraform

6. Experience with application deployment by using CI/CD.

7. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.

8. Experience in OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure, PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS

9. A candidate with a B.E. or B.Tech. in computer science or electronics is preferred.

10. Prior experience with tools like Nagios and Zabbix.
