Brand Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on client servicing: speaking to clients and making a note of their requirements related to a specific event
2. Sharing a proposed menu based on the requirements discussed with the client
3. Keeping a consolidated list of all menu items in Excel
4. Making a note of the cost for each event after coordinating with chefs of internal teams
5. Ensuring all food items, materials for decor and display, tent cards, etc. are ready well in advance before the event
6. Working on the on-ground duty of being present at the event if required and taking photos and videos
