About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, process flows, and use cases to ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Business Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve current business processes and systems to drive efficiency, automation, and optimization.
3. Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications for development teams.
4. Wireframe Design: Create wireframes using Figma to visually represent user interface designs, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and project milestones.
6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT efforts, ensuring developed solutions meet business requirements and resolve discrepancies during testing.

Other requirements

1. The candidate must hold a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or IT from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution. An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college is preferred.

2. Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and process improvement methodologies.

3. Proficient in various requirement-gathering techniques, including workshops, interviews, surveys, and documentation analysis.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on critical and strategic thinking.

5. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Solid experience using Figma for design and collaboration.

7. Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools.

8. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

9. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an added advantage.
