About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of programs, ensuring alignment with requirements, company objectives, and industry best practices
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, operations, and tech, to develop program charter, timelines, and resource allocations
4. Focus on service level agreement (SLA) mapping and compliance
5. Conduct thorough program assessments to identify potential risks, constraints, and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies accordingly
6. Establish clear program milestones, deliverables, and success criteria, and monitor progress against these benchmarks throughout the program lifecycle
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during implementation, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively
8. Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and partners as needed to support execution and ensure seamless integration of solutions
9. Implement robust program management methodologies and tools to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements
10. Drive post-implementation reviews and evaluations to capture lessons learned, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for future optimization and innovation

Other requirements
1. A bachelors degree or a masters degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 3-5 years in startups with a strong track record of successfully solving complex business problems and implementing process improvements
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients at all levels.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
