About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
2. Work closely with the sales team to increase product adoption and customer retention
3. Assist in conducting product training sessions for new clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
4. Communicate effectively with senior-level management to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
5. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices
6. Upsell premium and customized plans to existing customers
7. Provide valuable insights to the product team to enhance our platform's features and functionality
8. Engage with clients through timely follow-ups and gather feedback to improve the overall customer experience
9. Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement
