Role specifics - Day in the life: Identify, approach, negotiate, and collaborate with potential prospects to establish mutually beneficial relationships. You will be responsible for finding potential buyers for brand gift cards and education vouchers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to colleges/college societies, schools, influencers, corporates, etc. and identify SPOCs
2. Actively seek out and establish relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations
3. Present and pitch brand gift cards/education vouchers to them and understand their requirement & policy
4. Share and explain brand gift card/education voucher details along with commercial on emails and calls
5. Generate sales of brand gift cards/education vouchers
6. Maintain high satisfaction across our partners and build long-term relationship
7. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
8. Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up with the internal team to ensure resolution
9. Maintain detailed reports of discussions with prospects
10. Share daily/weekly/monthly report, feedback, finding, and scope
11. Work closely with internal teams to process the purchase order
12. Ensure KYC and agreement compliance

6. Proficiency in handling queries and addressing concerns from partners and customers, providing suitable solutions and alternatives promptly
7. Capacity to empathize with partners and customers, understanding their needs and concerns to provide appropriate support and solutions
8. Proficiency in hands-on Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, spreadsheet creation, and report generation, with expertise in functions like sorting, filtering, and pivot tables
9. Proficient in summarizing detailed discussions into concise report summaries, highlighting key findings and outcomes
10. Must possess the ability to seamlessly collaborate with both internal and external teams simultaneously
