About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
2. Accurately record details of customers purchase orders.
3. Process all customer purchases accordingly.
4. Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
5. Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
6. Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
7. Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
8. Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
9. Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
