About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Good Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
2. Presentation Skills: Assisting in creating engaging and professional sales presentations and materials & participating in client meetings and presentations alongside sales representatives, demonstrating strong presentation skills
3. Sales: Learning and understanding the company's products or services thoroughly to effectively promote and sell them to potential clients & collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities
4. Selling Skills: Applying selling techniques to build rapport with prospects and guiding them through the sales process
5. Convincing Power: Using persuasive language and techniques to influence potential clients and secure sales opportunities
6. Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders & working effectively as part of a team, collaborating with sales representatives and other departments to achieve sales targets
7. Sales Development: Assisting in developing strategies and tactics to generate new leads and opportunities for the sales team & conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
8. Public Speaking: Developing public speaking skills by participating in sales meetings, presentations, and networking events & delivering presentations confidently and professionally to both small and large audiences
9. Cold Calling: Conducting cold calls to prospect for new clients and generate leads & effectively communicating the company's offerings and value proposition over the phone to engage potential clients

1. Currently enrolled in a Management program or recent graduate/ Any Graduation

2. Must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

3. Keen interest in sales and business development

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

5. Eager to learn and take on challenges

6. Willing to travel extensively in and around Bangalore
