About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and energetic sales intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development. The sales intern will work closely with our sales team to support various sales activities, gain insights into sales strategies, and contribute to achieving our sales goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in Sales Activities: Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
3. Client Interaction: Assist in preparing presentations and sales pitches, and participate in client meetings and calls
4. Sales Reporting: Help in maintaining sales records and generating reports for the management team
5. CRM Management: Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales activities and client interactions
6. Event Participation: Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and networking events
7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to support sales strategies

1. Education: Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering, BS, or a related field.

4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
5. Tech-savvy: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
6. Enthusiasm: Be highly motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about sales.
7. Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 700000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (30% of revenue generated).
