About the internship

As a Business Development (Sales) intern at Gloify, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team and gain hands-on experience in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as your knowledge of MS-Excel, will be key assets in this role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.
2. Assist in creating and maintaining a database of leads and prospects.
3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and offer solutions.
4. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
5. Track sales data and analyze performance metrics using MS-Excel to identify areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for driving sales growth.
7. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
