We are seeking a motivated and dynamic business development Intern to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to residential apartment complexes, educate them about our services, and onboard them to use our services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching and identifying potential residential apartment complexes as target prospects.
2. Developing and implementing outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers at apartment complexes.
3. Educating prospects about our services and the benefits of partnering with us.
4. Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address any questions or concerns.
5. Negotiating partnership agreements and finalizing contracts with interested apartment complexes.
6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
7. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market insights.

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B2C sales processes.
4. Previous experience in business development, sales, or real estate is preferred.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
7. Flexible schedule to accommodate outreach efforts and meetings with prospects.
