About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the products and services offered by the company
2. Calling existing customers, prospects and new leads using sales scripts
3. Updating call records and databases
4. Making sales over WhatsApp using our API interface (training will be provided)
5. Assisting in developing a sales strategy and scripts
6. Nurturing a strong relationship with the old, existing, and new customers
7. Achieving weekly and monthly targets
8. Maintaining monthly sales reports
9. Learning and upgrading sales techniques through ongoing training
10. Adhering to all the company's culture, rules and regulations

Notes:

1. Sales training (1 month) will be provided.
2. Prior experience is good but not essential.
3. Tuesday to Saturday are working days for the sales team.
3. Get sales incentives for achieving targets.
4. Post-internship, full-time employment can be offered at the company's discretion.

Special Highlights: The selected intern will be mentored by the CEO/founder.

1. The candidate should possess a laptop.

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English).

3. Good communication in regional languages is an added bonus.

4. Ability to maintain records (Word, Excel).

5. Be a good listener, high on patience and perseverance.

6. Good persuasion skills.

7. The candidate can accept failures.

8. Be a fast learner, bold, take initiative, and be self-motivated.

9. A good team player.

10. Proficiency in Hindi or regional languages will be a bonus.

11. Possess the qualities of being patient, a good listener, empathic, and bold.

12. Be Tech-savvy or quick to pick up/learn tech aids used for sales and marketing.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
