We are seeking a results-driven intern to join our team, where your primary responsibilities will include counseling, prospecting, and acquiring new clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey. You will be responsible for qualifying leads and consistently meeting targets aligned with team and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the needs for upskilling based on student's areas of interest
2. Qualify relevant candidates who are interested in the product by acquiring the necessary details from their profiles
3. Consistently meet targets under the team and organizational goals
4. Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline
5. Report daily status reports and gather unbiased feedback without fail
6. Ensure daily deliverables are met and achieve weekly/monthly targets
7. Act as a good listener and identify the candidate's needs for future career opportunities

1. Pursuing graduation/post graduation or any graduate
2. Fresher or internship experience in sales
3. Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi
4. Good negotiation and pitching skills are required

7. Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality
