About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate leads. Research and identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as online searches, social media, or referrals.
2. Qualify leads. Determine which leads are most likely to become customers by evaluating their needs and budget and assessing interest in the products or services they sell.
3. Make sales presentations. Engage with potential customers by phone, email or video conference to demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services and persuade them to purchase.
4. Negotiate deals. Work with customers to identify pricing and payment options that meet their requirements and align with company goals.
5. Close sales. Close sales agreements with customers, provide customer support as required, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Manage sales pipeline. Managing a sales pipeline involves monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.
7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge. Staying up-to-date about products and services involves being familiar with their key features, benefits and competitors to inform potential customers.
8. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
9. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
10. Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
11. Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

Other requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in all microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
