About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, emails, and meetings.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
4. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product) to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
6. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
7. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.

Other requirements

1. 0-1 years of sales experience in B2B sales.

2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

7. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

8. Industry-specific knowledge and certifications.

9. Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools.
