Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Should possess strong experience in digital sales and pitch digital marketing services to potential customers
2. Cold Calling, setting up appointments, and meetings with the CEO
3. Contact potential customers via outbound telephone calls and cold calls to pitch digital marketing services
4. Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
5. Follow up with clients. Keep track of potential customers and their requirements
6. Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services
7. Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given
8. Sending proposals and following up on any pending payments with clients
9. Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call
10. Meeting monthly and quarterly targets

Required Candidate profile:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, targeting Call Centers, Corporates, and Enterprises with good communications
3. Should have sound knowledge of digital and social media marketing services and industry
4. Excellent written and oral communication
5. Should be willing to travel for meetings (If required)
6. Proactive and creative thinker
7. Responsible for achieving the assigned targets
8. Self-Starter and highly motivated
9. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
10. Willingness to learn and be creative within the role
11. Freshers are also welcome
