Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serving as the sole point of contact for building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents.
2. Educating members about TravClan and managing 100-200 business accounts.
3. Collaborating closely with the finance, product, and marketing teams to build better processes, products, and reach.
4. Ensuring healthy retention of agents while growing the volume of agents' business through TravClan.
5. Ensuring customer delight by managing agents' grievances related to payments, services, products, etc.
6. Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
7. Hosting country-wide offline and online events and meet-ups of members from time to time.
