SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, setting up meetings, and contributing to sales growth. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead transitions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media.
2. Assessing and qualifying leads based on company criteria.
3. Scheduling meetings with qualified leads for the sales team.
4. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
5. Collaborating with sales and marketing to align messaging and lead generation strategies.
6. Meeting quotas for lead generation, outreach, and meetings.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years in sales or lead generation, with knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn / Apollo).
2. Strong verbal and written skills for engaging prospects.
3. Comfortable with rejection and persistent in achieving goals.
4. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
