About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
3. Go the extra mile to drive sales.
4. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
5. Build productive trust relationships with customers.
6. Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the design).
7. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
8. Explain product capabilities to clients and handle all objections.
9. Close inbound leads and maintain the sales pipeline through outbound calls.
10. Understand market requirements to develop successful communication.
11. Engage clients with a consultative selling approach.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1200 per sale).
